Traditional Songs & Choral Fables
Choir trip to Cornwall!
We received a brilliant welcome by local choir, Cadon, and sang a joint concert, with some shared numbers.
“Some of my favourite music, sung very well indeed!”
Marcus Alleyne, Conductor of Cadon Choir
It was lovely to share some new repertoire and reflect on how another choir does things – Cadon were singing pieces written for them, which they thrived on. And the next day we sang a Hassler mass at St Symphorian’s Church, in nearby Forrabury, before retiring to the Wellington Arms for Sunday lunch!
