St Margaret’s Church, Burnage Lane, Manchester M19 1FL

A concert of music for small choir, featuring George Shearing’s ‘Songs and Sonnets’, settings of well-known words by Shakespeare.  Our programme also includes Stanford’s ‘The blue bird’ and Vaughan Williams’ ‘Linden Lea’ among other summer themed treats. We end the evening with ‘Blue Skies’, from the music of Irving Berlin.

Saturday 6th July  2019, 2-4pm

Our travels take us, this time, to Newcastle-under-Lyme, where we entertain visitors to the North Staffordshire Press  Annual Book Fair.

Saturday 28th September 2019

We are pleased to be returning to St George’s, Thornton Hough, on the Wirral, to start our new season after the summer break.  The music in the programme will span many styles and centuries, expertly sung, as always, by our talented choir.

Sunday 24th November 2019

We start an early Christmas with our first visit to Lyme Park.  Afternoon visitors to the house will be entertained with music for the approaching season as we sing in the  house, newly decorated for Yule.

Sunday 8th December 2019 (TBC)

An annual favourite of Duodecimo is our visit to Wythenshawe Hall.  We love to enhance the atmosphere of their Christmas Fair with the carols and songs which we all know and love.

We join the Werneth Band at Romily Forum for a Christmas Spectacular.
